In case you haven't heard about this, you have to go to the RIGHT Abbey Road. But at least the sign is humourous (Brit spelling)

Here is the link to the web cam set up by Abbey Road Studios that shows the real Abbey Road. The resolution of this camera is probably the best that I have ever seen. You should have a look and see the interaction between tourists and motor vehicles.
