My wife takes a supplement known in the States as "Natural Calm", which is actually powdered ionic magnesium citrate. But we are concerned that it could be confiscated by airline security because it is a white powder (even though the bottle has not been opened).
Does anybody know if this product---or an English version---can be purchased in England?

But how big it the bottle you have? TSA is concerned about large quantities of powder, and may want to inspect it, but I doubt they would confiscate it.
I travel with magnesium glycanate in pill form, in a fairly good sized bottle and have had no problem at all. Maybe you can look for the pill form if powder is a concern for you.

Put your carry-on powders in a clear plastic bag, and remove them from your carry-on bag to simplify TSA inspection. If you keep the powders in your carry-on, the agents will/may have to open the carry-on to find the powder substances. The TSA may (or may not) swab the powder containers for explosive residue.

I have traveled with magnesium powder in capsule form into and through customs to eight countries in Eastern and Central Europe plus Spain and Uk over the last five year and have never even been questioned about them or any other medication or supplement.
If it is critical keep it in a clearly identifiable container
