We are spending our last day in Windsor and heading to Heathrow after that. Can anyone recommend a taxi or airport shuttle service that is reasonable? Thanks much.

5star and Windsor Cars were the recommendations I got when I asked this same question a couple of months ago.

Both are locally based rather than London-based and if I recall correctly, both charge around £18.
As it turned out, the place I stayed overnight in Windsor arranged another prebooked car company whose name escapes me, for the same price.
It was an easy 20-min trip.

It's so easy to get a cab in Windsor. Just ask where you are staying and they can arrange one for you.
