getting around in Cornwall

Where are you staying?

A few years ago I took the train to Penzance and stayed there for a few days. At the train station there were buses that ran frequently to places in the area, like St Ives. I never drive in Britain, so always travel by public transportation. There was another bus route that made the loop around that end of Cornwall including Landsend. Very scenic. Some of the buses are double-deckers.

Thanks for the suggestions. We have not yet settled on a place to stay, but will probably choose a place with good public transportion connections.
