Gatwick to Heathrow- reliable car service?

Can anyone suggest a reliable and hopefully not too expensive car service to transfer 4 people (and 4 large suitcases) from Gatwick to Heathrow? Thank you.

Is there some reason you want a car service? Buses run continuously between the two airports. I don't remember how much it is but I would guess it's much less than a car service.

Thanks for your replies. I have been told that for 4 people, the price would be similar to use a car service and much quicker- getting directly picked-up and dropped off where we need to be. Also would like to pay in advance by credit card and not worry about converting money for the short time we will be in London as we'll only have Euros and Dollars. Would like to use a car service someone has used and liked. Thank you for taking the time to comment.

I'm not sure a car service would be a whole lot faster. Both buses and cars travel on the same roads and are subject to the same potential traffic delays. I have only ever taken the National Express bus between the two, which is about 26 pounds per person. You can book it and pay in advance online.

Good to know you can pay in advance. I was hoping to save the time it takes to load and unload bus and getting picked up directly and brought right to our terminal. One person in our party is very impatient. Thanks for telling me the price- good to know to compare.

There is not much time loading and unloading the bus. When you get to the bus, they take your bag and put in underneath the bus as you board. On arrival, it's a matter of a few seconds for your bag to be unloaded. National Express stops at both T3 and T5 at Heathrow, and one of those is probably the one you want, anyway.
