I would like to second the suggestion for the Barbarican theater. I am on their mailing list and I see a lot of shows/concerts/events I would love to go to if I lived in London. It seems like there has been less advertised once Hamlet starts in August- I don't know if it is because it is too far in advance or that Hamlet will be taking up a lot of their resources because of the show's popularity. But definitely keep checking their website!
