Hi I will be in Manchester and will be need to be at Manchester airport before 6am. Do the train from Piccadilly runs 24 hours? or anyone knows where can I find accurate information for the earliest train from Piccadilly train station to airport? Thanks

Go to the official UK train site, National Rail, fill in t he times you want and you'll see all available trains from Manchester Piccadilly to Manchester Airport.
And yes, there will be trains that early.

The first train of the day, an overnight from York (used to be from Newcastle) is around 3.45am.
What the locals do is use Bus #43 which runs at least every 30 minutes 24/7/365 or bus #103 which runs from 0250 to midnight at least every 30 minutes on a different slightly faster route, 364 days a year.
Both start at Piccadilly gardens.
Most locals remember when the bus was the only way there, before the trams and trains.
