Arriving on Viking ship. Not sure of dock. Want to go to golf course where they will play the British Open in 2023, Royal Liverpool Golf. Just to look for an hour. My husband obsessed with golf. Thank you.

Hoylake Station is nearby so depending where you dock you might be able to take a local train
