Feedback on itinerary for self-drive two days, one night

I'm staying in London most of my trip to England in late March; however, I will be renting a car and driving to several cities and intend to see some of the Cotswolds as well. I wanted some feedback about whether this seems doable based on the following:

Day one:
Pick up rental around 7.30 am.
Drive to Winchester
Walk around center of Winchester, see cathedral
Lunch in Winchester or on way to Salisbury
Later drive to Salisbury
See cathedral, walk around center of town
Drive to Cirencester and stay overnight.

Day two:
See Cirencester, perhaps visit museum in town there; visit Bibury
Time walking around in both towns
Lunch at some point
Return car back in London by 10pm

For me, the fun is not only seeing the cities in question but also just being able to see the sights I drive past as I have never been through any of the places I will pass through or visit. I don't tend to linger long in places like museums, etc. I enjoy seeing the landscapes and cityscapes and daily life of the people. Just wanted to see if this seems possible if others have perspective.

Thanks in advance.
