Fasticket machines

Hello,

I have just received e mail confirmation on tickets and I understand the process, however didn't inquire if the pick up time is limited as I have two weeks before arrival. It would make sense if the tickets were void once the date/time has passed, but not all things are logical.

Thank you.

Are you talking about the English rail system?

You certainly can't use them if you obtain them after the time of your train.
But you can pick them up from any ticket machine at any station prior. I would go to the first station that is most convenient to you.

Hi Larry,

Yes, my question is concerning the British Rail system. I have already selected station for pick up of the several tickets. As I will be purchasing a two together rail pass at designated station, I will have the opportunity to have any of my questions addressed there. I just wasn't sure about the window of opportunity prior to arrival. I used the "ask Jane" tool on National Rail website, but my question was not understood.

Your choice of a specific station is a required entry online, but does not matter. You can use any station. FWIW, we just did that within the last 30 days.

When you get your 2 together rail pass, if you say that you have a load of pre-bookings, they may issue you with the tickets (if you ask) - which will save you from having to use the machine. Don’t forget to bring the same debit card on which you made the bookings & of course, the booking reference numbers.

Hi James!

Thank you, I wouldn't have known to ask. In my efforts, I duplicated one return ticket. Bought from two vendors. Oh well, things happen. Any chance of a refund?
