Some of them.

Not the daily or weekly cap, not Travelcards, both of which will interest tourists. Not several other fares.

But some makes a change. Last time that happened Red Ken was in charge.

Sorry guys, I didn't mean to offend anyone. I was posting so that people planning a trip to London, could get an idea on fares.

The actual spin was it referring to 'TfL fares' rather than all fares. TfL on its own controls only a proportion of fares - many in particular travelcards include a National Rail component and thus are excluded.

The specificity of the 'promise' was pointed out by many prior to the election, but was not clear I guess to the casual listener.
