We are looking for an off the (London) path activity. Anyone know of a falconry experience? My friend booked one for her family in Scotland, very cool! Thank you!
No personal experience but a quick google of "Falconry Experience near London" brought up these results

My sister did a Hawk Walk at the Ireland School of Falconry and it was the highlight of the trip for her. I hope it works out for you to find something similar near London.
If you'll be near Bath, https://www.westofenglandfalconry.org.uk
They're a charitable / non-profit rehabilitator. I have no previous experience but I'm booked with them later this month.

Lots of off the beaten path spots to explore in London. Not to mention that the train stations:
Paddington, St Pancras/Kings Cross, Marylebone, Canary Wharf are all unique to travelers who don’t have them in their home towns. Same with the London Underground stations. I love the tiles with Sherlock Holmes silhouette at t Baker Street station.
LOTS of off the beaten path options through out London and the adjoining suburbs.
Not in London but Muncaster Castle in Cumbria has Hawk and Owl displays most days.
