We are planning an 11 night stay in London and are looking for a family run hotel for a more personal stay.
Any ideas?
When you say "heart of London" what do you mean?
Agree with Nigel where do you mean when you say heart of London? What's your family size or is it just the two of you? A few more details about what you expect budget wise would be helpful as well.
We hope to stay close to the Tube's circle line... by Victoria Station, Paddington Station, or King's Cross. We would like our own bathroom.
Luna Simone near Victoria.
Thanks so much for the tip. Looks like a great location.
Falcon Hotel, 11 Norfolk Square is a 5 minute walk to Paddington Station.
I liked the Hotel Jesmond Dene near Kings Cross. Free breakfast if you book on their website, a delicious, full English Breakfast with eggs made to order. Convenient and quiet, ask about a discount for paying in cash.
Enjoy the trip!
Hi there
Just a tip - although it has great advertising, DO NOT stay at the London Elizabeth on Lacaster Terrace. Other than the convenience factor, staff are overwhelmed and the list of issues is huge. Try Corus hotel around the corner. Perfect walking distance to Hyde park and Paddington station. Just returned from London today. Had a wonderful time!😊
