Euston Station to Heathrow Terminal 4

What is the best way to get from Euston Train station to Heathrow Terminal 4? Premier Inn at Terminal 4 to be precise.

Is seems like there is some walkway from the Premier Inn hotel to the terminal. It also looks like Heathrow express goes to terminal 2,3 and 5 so a separate train (shuttle?) is needed to get to terminal 4. Seems very confusing.

Months ago, before I had my other plans in place, I bought Heathrow Express advance tickets for £5. Can I even use these tickets now that I’m going to be at Euston or should I just take Piccadilly or Elizabeth and forget about Heathrow Express tickets?

Northern line to Tottenham Court Road then Elizabeth line to T4. Then a 10 minute walk.

If you want to use the HE tickets you could walk round to Euston Square and take the Hammersmith and City line to Paddington. The down side is you need to go to T5 then connect from there to T4 either by Underground, or go outside and catch a bus. The plus with the bus is it will get you nearer than T4 Underground station.

Even the TfL journey planner doesn't try to persuade you onto the HEx for this journey as it is slower overall than the other options. Quite often the case for T4. You can get a bus from Hatton Cross to reduce the final walking but probably not worth it.

If you wanted to save the Elizabeth line surcharge, take the Northern Line to Leicester Square or Victoria line to Green Park then switch to a Terminal 4 bound Piccadilly Line train.

Eat the HE tickets.

No problem. Use up those tickets. Tube from Euston Square to Paddington ( or 205 bus from Euston bus stop H ) then your HE to Heathrow T2/T3. Change to the free Elizabeth Line to T4. Up to departures, far right hand side, tunnel/walkway to Hilton T4, then Crowne Plaza/Holiday Inn Express, and finally Premier Inn.

Pretty straightforward really.

From the HE official page:

Trains leaving London Paddington travel directly into Heathrow
Central, with a journey time of just 15 minutes. Passengers travelling
from Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 will leave the Heathrow Express at
Heathrow Central, while those flying from Terminal 5 should stay on
the service an extra six minutes into Terminal 5 station. For Terminal
4, simply leave the Heathrow Express at Heathrow Central and hop onto
the Elizabeth Line train to the terminal.
