Heard conflicting reports that Eurostar will not run between London and Amsterdam in August 2025. Does anyone have any information on this? Thanks
Eurostar have only threatened this due to ongoing construction at Amsterdam Centraal and, as I understand, residual economic pressures from Brexit and the pandemic (inews). This is the extent of my knowledge but someone else might know more.
At the moment this is a possibility for the reasons listed above, also due to future capacity constraints at Amsterdam Central, and especially due to structural issues on the high speed line from Brussels to Amsterdam which is leading to ongoing speed restrictions- a hard to solve issue.
Whether or not all those matters can be resolved we will have to wait and see.

If it happens then the current process of a change of train at Brussels from the former Thalys service to the cross channel service will doubtless continue, with through ticketing as is currently happening London bound.
