We booked 2 seats on the Eurostar and it saved only one name. Two reservations with the same name, in seats beside each other. You can’t call them, can’t cancel the booking or make any changes. Has anyone experienced this type of problem? We are wondering if they will just change it when we arrive? Kind of assuming so since you have to complete paperwork but not really sure. Ugh
