Would appreciate recommendations for good dinner dining, restaurants or pubs, within a short walk or short tube ride and walk from London Premier Inn County Hall.

Do you have an iphone with google maps? Type in Restaurants near London Eye. Countless places to explore.
If you like Japanese OKAN is close. If willing to travel via the tube to Chinatown try Joy King Lau.
For a pub try The White Hart. 15 minute stroll.

Great question, I'm interested in this as well. Will be staying there in Sept. and on prior trips ended up wandering over the river and aimlessly seeking dinner. This time I'm aiming to find spots in the Waterloo neighborhood, to better appreciate that neighborhood's history and eateries. A quick look showed Italian restaurant Fratelli looked good, as well as The Kings Arms, White Hart. I've skipped Slug and Lettuce on prior trips as I usually zero in on pubs. But any reviews of that spot or the others? ... thanks!
