Easter Weekend in London II Questions

I didn't want to hijack the other thread with a similar title, but we have some questions regarding enforced closures during Easter. Please help:

Our flight arrives Heathrow 9:00am local time on Easter Sunday. We will be met at the airport for transportation to our hotel on the west side of London. We will be spending the rest of the day in London and all day Monday. We had hoped to get some sight-seeing in on Sunday, but information from another thread tells us that some larger shops are forced to close on Easter Sunday. We were wondering what else will be closed on Sunday.

1) Will we be able to visit any sites like museums, etc?

2) Go on the Big Bus tour?
3) Eat at pubs or other local places?
4) Ride on the Eye?
5) Use the Tube?

We want to take advantage of every minute we have available to us during our short visit to London. Thanks for any help!

London Eye only closes Christmas Day and for a fortnight in January for annual maintenance.

Tube will be a Sunday service, although there are some closures over the holiday period for works, as there are most weekends anyway.

Everything else should be generally open but maybe busy. Banks I'll be closed Friday and Monday.
