Can anyone tell me if the East End Food Tour is paid for in the tour package, or is it pay-as-you-eat that day? And... is it in Spitalfields (Poppies and The English...)?

If this is the Eating Europe tour, yes the food was included in the price when I took it a few years ago.
I think some food tours did things differently because of Covid, but I would expect the tour info to mention that.

It's listed in the WHAT'S INCLUDED section of the tour page, so yes.
BTW, there is a Rick Steves Tours section of the forum to ask this type of question.

I took this tour a couple years ago, and that food tour was lots of fun, and yes, it was included in the tour price.
