Early morning tour pickup

I will be staying at the Jesmond Dene Hotel in London in a few weeks. We have a 5:30 am pickup time for our Premier Tours AM Stonehenge tour at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel on Harrington Gardens. I'm thinking that taking a Black Cab to the pickup point is the best plan since it's so early in the morning. I understand the Tube does not run at 4:30am and I really don't want to contend with trying to catch a bus that early.

Can the hotel arrange the night before for a early cab for us? Has anyone stayed at this particular hotel and do you know if they would have coffee available that early? Or somewhere near the tour pickup point for a quick takeout coffee?

I'm more worried about the coffee than the transportation LOL. Hope you good folks can help me!

Have never stayed in a hotel that could not schedule a pick up. I am sure they do it all the time for trips to the airport. Just ask. Coffee might be a different issue. When we have done a couple of tours in London the pick up points were near a tube station and tube stations always seem to have snack/coffee shops near their entrance so I think you would be OK at the pick-up point.

I’ve stayed at the Jesmond Dene hotel. Did not care for the place. Most all hotels can arrange for a taxi for you. Just make arrangements the evening before you need it.

There’s probably a kettle in your room at least for tea, maybe coffee too. Again, just ask at the front desk.

Flipping around the 360 views on the hotel's website of different sorts of rooms, I'm seeing kettles in some of them and not in others. It's possible that they are not provided in the cheapest, shared-bath "basic" rooms.
