E-gates age lowered to 10

Starting Monday, eligible kids from 10 and up can use the e-gates when entering the UK. The previous age limit was 12.

I posted this in the England forum although no disrespect was meant towards Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

YEAH! This mom is taking her 10 year old to London in November. This past June we waited in a 1.5 hr line at CDG to get thru passport control while adults got to zoom thru the e-gates. This is great news and thanks for sharing!
