Looking for a recommendation on where to stay in Durham for one night this August that includes breakfast, parking and wifi.

I think the Marriott has all you need. Parking in central Durham is generally limited though so your options close to the centre may be few and far between

I second the Marriott...very nice! Parking is right next to it, and you can easily walk to any historical sites which are right up the street. Nice stroll.

Premier Inn Durham City Centre is also good. My wife and I stayed there last year and found it to be clean and quite convenient. There is a parking garage next door, has a restaurant and is an easy walk to Durham Cathedral
