We are going to be spending a half day in Dover, arriving by train in the morning, and picking up a car in the afternoon. Where is the best place to store luggage while touring Dover?

There is no luggage storage at the train station. Stasher.com lists Dover Premier Inn Central near the ferry terminal as a storage option at £5.90 per bag.
