Your hotel can probably have it done for you, at considerable cost. Or you can go to a launderette (UK-speak for lanudromat) like the one suggested above. Looks like they have machines you can use yourself, or they will do it for you, called a "service wash," probably the same day. I had a service wash done in another part of London and it was great, fast and affordable and left me free to wear out my feet some more.

I've used https://www.zipjet.co.uk/ They picked up at my hotel and delivered back the next day, This was far better than wasting time doing laundry. You'll need a phone that can make and receive phone calls in the UK. Look around on the tube, I found a 10 pound discount code which made the cost extremely reasonable.

Hello,
I remember taking our laundry to Pimlico Launderette. It was a trip where our family of 5 all went. We had a lot of dirty clothes by the time we got to London. We took all the dirty clothes, folded them neatly, and put them in one of our rolling suitcases. We pulled the suitcase from our hotel to the launderette. We left the whole thing with them. They washed, dried, folded all the clothes, and put them back in the suitcase for us. Fun memory.
