Does anyone have some good AirBNB or hotel suggestions in Kensington?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Nadler Kensington

It's one block from the Earl's Court tube station. Not exactly in Kensington but close by. Every room has a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso machine, plates, glasses, and silverware.
They restock coffee, tea and milk daily.

Great staff. Quiet location. No restaurant or bar but one block from Earl's Court Road with lots of restaurants, pubs, markets, and shops. A full size Sainsbury market is less than 5 minutes away--if you walk slow.

One tip--the rooms are small. If there are two of you, a small double will be tight. Very tight.

I'm at this hotel so often I know all the staff and they know me. It's close to 50 nights in 2016.

I stayed at the Copthorne Tara, a block from the Kensington High Street tube station. Very convenient. It's a huge hotel, probably dating back to the 1970s, and definitely nothing like a bnb. The rooms are in two blocks; ask for a room in the front block, which will be away from the noise of the subway, an open cut behind the hotel. Plenty of pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood; you can use Google Maps to get an idea of the selection. I adopted the Britannia as my "local" pub. Its main line is Fuller, an okay brewery, and its food was surprisingly good, drawing more neighbours than tourists.

I recommend checking prices at the big booking agencies such as Expedia, Hotels.com, and Booking.com; they sometimes undercut the hotel's stated rates.
