Can anyone recommend 2 restaurants near the Lygon Arms in Broadway? We will eat in the hotel the first night, but we’re staying 3 nights. Thank you!

In Broadway, there are a couple Indian restaurants, Russell’s fish & chips, a brasserie named Tattersails, The Swan, Russell’s restaurant, and Hunters restaurant & tea room. I haven’t eaten at any of them. Somewhat nearby, in Stratford Upon Avon, there are more restaurants and probably more variety. My guess is you’ll find something right in Broadway you’ll enjoy. The other hotels in town probably have restaurants and most pubs serve food too. For reviews of restaurants in town, check out sites like Yelp or TripAdvisor.

The Swan, Market Pantry, Crown & Trumpet Inn (a hotel), Tattersail’s Brasserie, Snowshill Arms,
The New Inn, Michael’s Mediterranean, The Horse &Hound, No 32 Broadway, Russell’s Fish & Chips and Broadway Restaurant. A couple of these are pubs but they have good food.

I loved Snowshill Arms. A friend who has a cottage in Stow-on-the-Wold took me there when I visited her in October of 2017. Besides delicious food, the atmosphere welcomes walkers and even a dog or two.
