Derbyshire issue of "Discover Britain"

This month's main theme is Derbyshire and The Peak District. There are lots of good articles about The Peak, Bakewell tarts, Haddon House, and other wonderful information. They also have some articles online at https://www.discoverbritain.com.

You can subscribe to the magazine, but I get it from Libby, via my public library. Just go to Libby, click on the search button and search for "Discover Britain." If your library subscribes to it, it should pop up. If it doesn't, most libraries welcome recommendations from the public.

Mardee, thank you! I used to buy this magazine at my local bookstore, but they stopped carrying it. They have such great articles!

Also thanks for posting. The Columbus Metropolitan Library and Libby offer this magazine among many other resources. Regardless if you plan on travel to the UK, a good opportunity to share with readers the value of our local libraries and the wonderful services they provide. Safe travels all.
