Suggestions: Day trip from London to Canterbury or Bath? Or another thought? Been to Cambridge, Oxford, York. Have been to London several times as well and time there planned out. Just need ideas for one day out of the city. Thanks. Also, is the London Plus Pass worth it if you're in town for just 4 days?

I have been to both - and would likely choose to return to Bath over Canterbury, but honestly , that means nothing as it should be a choice based on your interests .
I enjoyed both .

Bath is great and we want to visit Canterbury on our next trip.
There are other places SW of London that can be visited as well as Bath. Wells, Avebury, Salisbury, Stonehenge, Winchester and more.

Canterbury, take train to Canterbury East station, after exiting the station cross the street walk up to Roman Wall, turn right onto the wall it will take you to the town centre.
