Current London Pass situation

Heading to London TODAY! Very excited. The London Pass office and the offices of all the sites (I've emailed them) say that despite "regular" visitors needing to prebook timed ticket, London Pass folks can just show up. There may be a little queue to wait in.

That's what I'm wondering about - the "little queue." Anyone know what that looks like? I'm nervous about a million things on this trip that I haven't worried about before - hoping someone can help me cross this worry off the list.

Thanks!

Have you used the London Pass before? I don't know what it is like during Covid, but if it is similar to before Covid,(April 2019) you walked up to the ticket desk, showed them your pass and you had entry. The places that this worked for me were the Tower of London, Churchill War Rooms, and Hampton Court Palace. There were other places I used it such as the Thames river cruise, The Shard, etc that I don't think sell timed tickets ever.

Many forum members have run the numbers and felt that the London Pass would not have given them value. They are often quite vocal. I ran the numbers and it was certainly a value added proposition for me when I used it. I think each person has their own take on this.

I would not worry too much on this matter. I know you will have a great trip.

As I recall, the Pass allowed you to skip ticket purchase lines at most locations, but not security lines. Only a few places offered special entry gates for pass holders.
