what is the best way to travel from Southamton cruise port
to Gatwick airport

You might contact Just Airports. We have used them in the past and they are wonderful, but I'm not sure if they pick up from Southampton.

Direct train at 13 minutes past every hour from Southampton Central. Pay on the day £15.50.

The best way (but not the cheapest) is a private car service. Just google "Southamton cruise port car services. There should be several if you want to go that route.

How critical is this trip? How long have you got between when you will be off the boat until you need to be checked in for your flight?

If you decide to use a taxi service, the West Quay taxis, based in Southampton gave us excellent service. They respond quickly to email enquiries.
