Cotswolds Way Hiking Itinerary

My daughter and I are hiking the first part of the Cotswolds Way in September, and here's the itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive in Chipping Campden
Day 2: Walk to Stanton (10.5 miles / 16.8 km)
Day 3: Walk to Winchcombe (7.5 miles / 12 km)
Day 4: Walk to Dowdeswell (11 miles / 17.7 km), Taxi to Cheltenham
Day 5: Taxi to Dowdeswell, Walk to Birdlip (10 miles / 16 km)
Day 6: Walk to Painswick (7 miles / 11.2 km)

I wish we had the time to do the entire trail, but not this time. This seems like a good plan, but we are open to input! Thanks already for the ideas you've given us in another post I made before this plan. Would love favorite places on the trail, things not to miss along the way. We will head to Bath afterwards and then perhaps take a side trip to Oxford then onto London and home after the trip. Again, open to options! Thanks!

We really enjoyed Sudley Castle as a stop on our walk from Guiting Power to Winchcombe.

Hi Becky!
My husband and I walked this itinerary last June, execpt we did complete the entire way. It was so beautiful and it inspired us to continue with walks. We are about to begin a walk in Yorkshire.

I chimed in to say we stopped at Dunkerton's for a cider, which was delishously refreshing. This was also where I placed the call for the taxi to pick us up.

We ate at a fabulous meal at The Istanbul Kitchen while in Cheltenham.

Hope you enjoy your walk
