Cotswolds Itinerary Assistance, Please!

We are two seniors in very good health. Considering hiking/walking the following towards the end of May:
Day 1: Arrive Stratford-upon-Avon. Stay overnight
Day 2: walk to Chipping Campden. Stay overnight
Day 3: Walk to Moreton-in-Marsh via Blockley and Batsford Arboretum. Stay overnight
Day 4: Walk to Bourton-on-the-Water via Stow-on-the Wold Stay overnight
Day 5 Transfer to Bibury. Stay overnight in Bibury
Day 6: Walk to Cirencester via Northleach. Transfer to Northleach and walk to Cirencester via Chedworth Roman Villa. Stay overnight
Day 7: Cirencester and depart

We're comfortable with the distances but haven't a clue if these towns are worth the visit. I mean no offense, it's because it will be first trip w/o a car. We enjoy exploring towns with history, good food, relaxed vibe, not crazy crowded, gardens and of course a decent Inn at end of day.
Many thanks in advance for your time.

Look at www.nationaltrust.org.uk and then pick Cotswolds and it will show you the properties that you can visit with the membership pass or a visitors pass. It has interactive maps which show where places, accommodations and eats are located. They also show parks and walking trails. You can catch buses back. If the weather is good you can expect it to be crowded and somewhat spendy, but you only live once, We liked Snowhill Manor. Roses should be everywhere. Are you using an independent tour with a small coach pickup/drop-off with a luggage transfer service?

day two is a fair walk.

Are you checking the topographical maps? There are quite a few hills on your route. Is that OK?

These are all good places and those that are crowded by day (Bourton on the Water) may be less so by evening.

But do get the appropriate Ordnance Survey map and study the footpaths and topography carefully. Stratford to Chipping Camden is about 15 miles, I think, and bear in mind the Cotswolds are very hilly.
