Hello forum experts. My wife and I are considering flying into Heathrow (either May or September), and immediately taking a coach to either Cambridge or Norwich. These are the first destinations on our itinerary. We prefer not going into London or taking a train for this trip. Will we be able to catch a coach to either place from the coach stations at Heathrow?

National Express offers numerous services every day. Go to their website, plug in your information and you will get information on the schedules and the fares.
The trip to Cambridge is around 2 hours and 30 minutes--give or take a few minutes depending on which coach you take. The coach to Norwich is about two hours longer.

National Express, broadly every 2 hours to Norwich, journey time about 4:20;
the same buses go to Cambridge (Journey about 2:15) , with some extras to fill in some of the 2 hour gaps.
