Good Morning. When we arrive LHR, we will need to take a bus to Bristol. Is there a ticket office on site or does this have to be done in advance? Thank you. Also, Where is the coach station in relation to city centre? We will be staying at the Doubletree City Centre.

The central bus station is between T2 and T3. I'm not sure whether the buses to Bristol stop at any other terminals.
In Bristol the bus station is a god 20 minute walk from your hotel so probably you will need a taxi with bags. For your information the train station is within walking distance of the hotel.

Thanks for your reply.. That is the distance I kind of had figured out from my searches, just wanted to be sure. We'll definitely get a taxi, as it will have been a long day.

No ticket office at LHR, but there are machines, or Buy on you phone. Set up a free account then you avoid the booking fees on your phone, the machines have a £2 booking fee, which you can't avoid.
