Anyone know if there is a local/citywide bus service in Hastings and in Dover? I'll be 2 days in each place and have my trains worked out. But mobility issues make it difficult to do much walking and the places i want to see in each city are a bit farther than I'd like. Would also consider a local guide. I know taxis are an option. Any bus route maps would be great. Thanks.

In both towns the majority of services are run by Stagecoach- https://www.stagecoachbus.com/

(This dates from 2017 but should still be accurate- with the advent of journey planners and on line mapping such printed maps tend not to be produced much these days)
