We are going to London April 27 to May 7. Tickets are sold out till April. May tickets open November 1. I have a reminder on my phone for October 31. My question, with London being 5 hours ahead of us, what NY time should I plan on starting to logon to score tickets? Does anyone know what time the website opens?
Contrary to the previous comment, I wouldn't count on their website being able to put you in the queue before you go to bed, i.e. before the website opens for May tickets.
Normally the time difference is 5 hours. Daylight saving (UK "Summer Time") ends October 27. BUT -- United States daylight saving time doesn't end until November 3! So, on October 31 and November 1 we'll be only 4 hours behind!
If their website opens at midnight for May tickets, then you'll want to log on at 8:01 PM New York time. If it opens when their office hours open, then you need to find out if that is 8 AM, 9 AM, or what. Count back 4 hours, set your alarm, hop out of bed and score your tickets.
Here is a handy site for time conversions. https://www.travelmath.com/time-change/from/United+Kingdom/to/United+States
Thank you for the info. Will take it all into consideration
This is from the Tower of London......
We do not know exactly what time the tickets for the Ceremony of the Keys will be released, but it could be any time after midnight on 1st November 2019.
