American Express are just launching a cash back offer with UK Premier Inns - £25 back for £125 worth of spend. It will only work if the offer is made on your card - I’m guessing it won’t appear on the Amex Marriott cards for example!
Rooms are quite often under £125 a night, especially outside London but you can bump up the cost by booking breakfast and dinner packages.
Great deal if you have access to the offer. My Delta branded Amex does not have this one though, at least as of today.
I have as yet not been offered this on either of our Amex cards, but there are people with the same cards as us who have got it. It seems a very tailored offer.
