Car Service group of 8

My family and I will be arriving in London at about 9 in the morning in a month or so.....my question is, I am trying to find a car service that will take all 8 of us and our luggage to the hotel in Central London. We do not want the train as we would prefer to have someone waiting for us at the terminals. I am trying to plan early and book ahead but don't really know what companies can take all of us together at an affordable rate. I did look into Swiss Cottage car service, but it didn't show size of vehicle or ask how many people are in the group. That made me nervous. I have two younger ones and want to make this as easy as possible. Any help/guidance would greatly be appreciated :)

Hello

It's worth noting that greentomatocabs is the service recommended by Heathrow Airport. There are others too, many of which will also happily provide an 8, 10 or 12 seat vehicle plus driver, but it's important to remember that if you want a safe, reputable cab company you need to choose carefully. I'm not sure if the service will be accessible from outside the UK, but it might be worth your while googling 'Cabwise from TfL' (Transport for London) . TfL licences cab firms as well as the famous black London taxis, and you may be able to book licenced services through the Cabwise App (on google play etc).
