Looking for a good car rental company in Bath that I can then drop off somewhere in the Cotswolds area nearest to Sow on the Wold and then grab a train back to London. What are your recommendations for
1- Car rental agency to use in Bath
2- Drop off location closest to a train station for getting back to London

There are no places to drop off a hire car in the Cotswolds. Your choices are to go back to Bath, which will be cheapest as there will be on one way drop off fees. Alternatively you can go into Oxford - not ideal due to traffic issues although handy if you want to see Oxford anyway. Or you could go to places like Swindon, Didcot, Reading or even Cheltenham, depending on where your trip ends up.
