My wife and I are staying in Norwich and are planning to take a train to visit Cambridge. We've read that King's College is a must see but are having a hard time finding public tours that include it. We've seen posts recommending this tour https://www.cantabtours.com/cambridge-and-kings-college-chapel-tour/, but its currently not running. Would appreciate any other recommendations. Thanks!

Any reason you can’t visit on your own?
Here are tours of kings college chapel
I’d suggest just taking the general Cambridge Highlights group tour and visiting Kings College on your own.

Alternatively, the RS England book has a self-guided walking tour of Cambridge.
When I was in Cambridge, I did both the RS self-guided tour and the Cantab Cambridge Highlights tour. I thought both were worthwhile.
Kizut: In early May, we took a guided tour of the area through either Get Your Guide or Tripadvisor. We did the Cambridge University With Alumni: Optional Kings College Entrance tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide was a recent graduate and he provided both the historical background to the area and colleges as well as anecdotes from his time there. Yes, you could do it yourself, but I suspect you would get far more from the guided tour. And, since you will be in Cambridge, let me make a very strong recommendation that you considering visiting the Cathedral in Ely, which is only 5-10 minutes away by frequent train. The cathedral is one of the most spectacular cathedrals in the UK and well worth a visit, here is the link to their website for more information and tickets https://www.elycathedral.org You could easily visit both the university and the cathedral in a half-day or so with plenty of time left over to stroll around both locations.

good suggestion - just to say that the fastest trains are 14 minutes, many 18 minutes, just for clarity
