Buying train tickets through LNER-delivery options

Just now I was on LNER seeing how to buy tickets from Heathrow and when I got to the delivery options it seemed to be saying I had to go to a ticket counter to get the tickets.
Since I will be getting a bus first to Woking then a train, I wasn’t sure where I would find this ticket counter.
It would save time if we could just show our tickets from our phone. Is this possible and how to do it?
We will be getting our two together passes so I put that card in my search in lner.

Tried 3 sellers and they all indicate for this sort of itinerary you have to collect a ticket, ie electronic tickets not available for this sort of route (although you didn't mention your actual end point). There are machines to collect national rail tickets at Heathrow terminals at the train stations.

Thanks Marco
We are going from T 5 to Salisbury.
Does anyone know where in terminal 5 the ticket counter is?

You will be e mailed an 8 character alpha numeric reference, as soon as you purchase.
Keep that safe.
At a ticket machine (TVM) choose the option 'collect pre purchased ticket' or similar wording, then insert the credit card used for purchase when prompted, merely as ID, then the TVM will issue the orange card ticket. Be sure to collect all parts of the ticket. One like that probably has 3, maybe 4 parts. All credit card sized tickets- the ticket itself, another one detailing the trains and any seats booked, maybe a voucher for the bus driver, and finally a receipt.

If that seems retro I have been travelling long distance today on a handwritten rail ticket- something few people know still exists!!
