As a resident of the US have been trying to purchase a Britrail pass using the ACP website but they just send out same message to every post, to email them and then don’t response. On their website the payment doesn’t go thru and have used 2 different credit cards, my banks states there is a problem with ACP as doesn’t accept payment after bank has approved it. Does anyone know of an alternative site to get Britrail pass on. Thanks

Do you even need the rail pass? Most rail passes are more convenience than a savings. Sometimes the advance purchase savings is better than a rail pass.

I find pass gives me more flexibility about my trips and usually save a lot by getting a pass, especially as will be there for over 3 weeks this trip, thanks for your suggestion

Linda, I would try changing your browser. Sometimes that happens to me, especially when I use Chrome, and many times if I switch to another browser like Firefox or Safari, it will work just fine.
