I will be flying in to Heathrow in May and saw a company at the airport that has direct travel by bus to Cardiff. Now I’ve lost that post and the company’s name. It seemed to be for Canadians to make travel plans in advance.
Is it National Express?
Yes, I think that’s it, thanks !!

The railair coach to Reading is more convenient than back tracking to Heyes and Harlington for train connections especially from T5. Although the direct coach might beat both, if there is one from the coach station nearest to your terminal.

I thought they had stopped operating until I passed one on the M4 yesterday. I assumed their strategy of offering journeys for £1 wasn't sustainable enough although I'm assuming they're not still promoting such rates.
Thanks to all who have given information. I have lots to go on now, much appreciated!
Has anyone taken the National Express busfrom Heathrow to Cardiff . I’m arriving at Terminal 3 but Terminal 5 has the time I need for later afternoon departure as my flight gets in to Heathrow at 2:30 p.m. so a 4:15 bus sounded reasonable time ?
I noticed that there were about 5 Cardiff arrival points but the one I thought might be best was Sofia Gardens as it called it a Bus station? I will need yo take a taxi to the Zip ( a Premier Inn accomodation ) on Ipswich Rd. in Cardiff.
I apologize for the typos, no edit button...
Sofia Gardens is the last stop but in no way resembles a coach station! That said none of the other stops are particularly advantageous and non are by taxi ranks unfortunately so you may need to call for one or use über. The Universiy stop is possibly a bit closer. Gabalfa is a big interchange and I wouldn't fancy being dropped off there.
Thanks ryan_and _gill !!
Thanks to you all for the information. I decided to go by rail instead as I will get there a couple of hours earlier even thpugh it’s a lot more expensive.
