How can I get tickets for visiting Buckingham Palace in September 2019. I went to the website and there wasn't any access past March. Also if we get the 2 for 1 travel card and vouchers does that mean we have to wait in a long line for every location we want to visit in order to get tickets? We will be in London for 1 week and want to see as much as possible without having to spend more than necessary.
Thanks
This is the link to the official Royal Collection website which has booking times available in September. The Garden Tours add-on is worth considering as well as the Leonardo da Vinci exhibition.
We have toured the palace three times and bought tickets each time at a kiosk in front of the entry. There was not a long line except going through security and it moved quickly--bags, purses, etc are scanned like you experience at airport. Our first visit was the best since it was the anniversary of the Queen and coronation robes, tiaras, etc were on display. Last August Prince Charles' paintings were the exhibit--not especially interesting. Also on the first visit the tables in the banquet hall were set up with china, etc.

These two threads might be of interest toward answering your question: (short answer, yes you have to wait in line to use the 2-for-1 vouchers with qualifying rail ticket)
