I want to see as much of this in a day as I can and am willing to pay for private tour guide. Any suggestions?
I have August 1st & August 2nd free.
Have you gone to this website? It is the official website to purchase tickets to tour the palace?

I used this website a few years back to visit the palace and recall they had an excellent multimedia guide where you could dig deeper to learn specific things about items in the room. I so enjoyed my visit and had tea afterwards in the garden before I visited their tremendous gift shop.
The Palace is closed to visitors Tuesday and Wednesday, so your only option is Monday 1 August.
The website above gives details of how you can obtain tickets.
If you are able to book a reservation, then when you arrive you’ll be given headphones with an audio guide. I do not recall any options for private guides. I chose the Palace and added the gardens to our reservations. We booked directly through the Royal Collection Trust and were given exact entry time within a fifteen minute window. I booked several months ahead. Go to the Royal Collection Trust website
rct.uk and see if you can get tickets for your dates.
There are no private tour guides. You tour, as stated above, by yourself and only certain areas open to the public. Much of the palace is off limits to tourists.
I have tickets in September. I can't find any information on which entrance to go to.
Barry, as you face the palace the entrance is on the left. It’s labeled as Gate C.
Thank you mincepie!
We had trouble figuring out which entrance too!
