British testing update

This has been covered numerous times already on this forum over the last few weeks.

two points - British is too broad, it is initially England, and there is still a long red list.

Day 2 tests are still required for the fully vaccinated, much less easy for non-vaccinated on the non-red list.

Red list requirements remain unchanged and onerous.
