Last week i checked BA website for flights from Liverpool to London and saw that there was about one an hour. Today the site is telling me that there are no flights in November. Anyone know why?

AFAIK there have been no Liverpool to London flights on any carrier for many years.
There is no real demand now there is the hourly fast train service.
Even from the much larger Manchester airport the once very regular shuttle service is now only occasional for the same reason. Very many years ago from Manchester the shuttle service almost always had a waiting plane at each end. The fast trains wrecked the finances of such an operation.
Unless you were connecting at the same London airport an air service would make little logistical sense. City centre to city centre train is always faster.
There must have been some kind of glitch last week.
