How do we best bring our regular medication with us, no narcotics? We are traveling to London in the spring for a week and would like to use pill organizers?

Do not know if the UK has a requirement to have meds in the original container or not. Perhaps someone from there can clarify.
We've been to the UK a number of times and have never had a problem with what we do. We have the pharmacy print out extra labels, put them on zip lock bags, and put the meds in the baggies. We also take a copy of the data sheet that came with the Rx with us. Using pill organizers will probably not be a problem, but that's not carved in stone.
