Immigration officers at Heathrow have called a strike for April 29 through May 2.
A similar strike was called for last week but was called off for more talks.
The last time this happened, British soldiers filled in and there were no problems.

Thank you for the heads up. I’m flying out of Heathrow on April 30. Will there be any impact on departing passengers, and would I be advised to get there earlier? My flight leaves at 9:40 am, and I am staying at an airport hotel.

There is no exit immigration in the UK.
