I am looking for transport from Windsor to Heathrow and Bolt car service comes up but we have never used them. Are they like Uber? Is it a reliable service? Thanks.

I don't know about the Uk, but in France I use them rather than Uber, as I find them more reliable and cheaper than Uber.
Hopefully we will have some Uk Forum members who are familiar with their service there.

Yes Bolt is s an Uber-like service. Their prices tend to be similar too although at any given time one may be cheaper than the other in areas where they both operate.

We used Bolt three times when we were in London in July. Pick-ups were prompt and drivers were friendly.
